How to Gain and Keep Rapport All Times

January 5, 2010 by editor Leave a Comment

If you don’t have rapport, then they simply won’t like you, and it becomes difficult to covertly hypnotize them so it’s essential you gain and keep rapport at all times…

• If you’re selling something, it’s far better to have “Here’s a potential new friend” running through your brain rather than “let’s get this sucker to sign.”

• If you’re seducing others, it’s far better to have “Hmmm, here’s a person that I could get to know, let’s see if we could share something special” running through your brain rather than “Let’s go to bed together.”

• If you’re persuading your kids to listen to you or to obey, it’s far better to have “I care about you a lot and I’m only looking to serve as a good role model” running through your brain rather than “I’m your parent and you’ll listen to me because I run the house.”

• If you’re speaking before large groups of audiences it’s far better to have “We’re all equal here, and I’m open to you all” running through your brain rather than “I’m speaking and I’m the expert; now pay attention and listen.”

With rapport, the first signal a person will “pick up” on is your thoughts. Before you even make eye contact, it’s important you have your objective in mind. What do you intend to accomplish with communicating with them?

Achieve all these goals with covert hypnosis.

This is where most people make their first mistake. Then, it leads to more mistakes.

Let’s take for example the guy who wants to meet women. Every time he approaches her, he accidentally thinks to himself:

“I’ve got to get her to go home with me” “She probably has a boyfriend” “I’ll probably screw it up” “I always meet the wrong women”

Now, if you’ve read everything in these articles up until this point, it’s obvious that the thoughts he’s holding in his mind are coming true.

But what if he thought instead things like:

“I attract women easily”

“I’m a fun guy to be around” “I love who I am”

“She’s going to love me because I know that if I love myself first, she will too!”

Do you think he’d get better results? Of course he would!

Now, this can applied to any subject. What if you’re salesman? What thoughts could you start replacing right now that’ll bring you more positive results?

Conversational Hypnosis: The Value of Building Rapport

January 4, 2010 by editor 83 Comments

Rapport is simply appearing to another person’s unconscious mind that the two of you are alike. When you’re properly in rapport with another person, they naturally think “I don’t know why, but I really like you!”

People who share like interests naturally find themselves gaining rapport with each other. The best thing you can do to establish rapport is to imagine you can achieve rapport with people easily. This will prove to be a good first step.

Now, when people are in a rapport, they more than likely share the following similarities:

•   They breathe together at the same rate

•   Their postures match

•   They speak at the same pace, tone and pitch

•   They use the same gestures

Most of the time, this is all done outside both parties conscious awareness. Since I’m a person who likes to get to know people on a genuine level, I gain rapport quickly with an individual. You can do the same thing.

When you first start communicating with a person, answer in your own mind a very important question and trust the answers that come to you. Ask “What is going on inside the person? What must they be thinking, feeling, imagining?”

And be selective about what you’re thinking…

Even thoughts create energy and it’s been shown that people can “pick up” on your thoughts about them. For example: if you’re angry, a person’s unconscious mind can detect it and may mistake you being angry with them whether your anger is towards them or not.

So it’s very important what you have running through your brain when you’re gaining rapport with others and even during the entire conversation. It only takes one wrong attitude or thought about a person that can break your rapport. Build rapport through conversational hypnosis.

You Are in Control and Nobody can Get to You

January 3, 2010 by editor Leave a Comment

Protecting yourself isn’t resisting. It’s already holding in your mind another belief about yourself other than what the covert hypnotist is trying to get you to believe because after all, one of the most difficult tasks of a covert hypnotist is trying to change a person’s belief.

It can take months of repetition to accomplish that, even years!

In short, start believing you are in control and nobody can get to you. It’s just can’t happen. The universe doesn’t allow it.

You Have the Power to Protect Yourself

January 1, 2010 by editor Leave a Comment

You’ll begin to notice that whatever it was that you once opposed, and fought against eventually just won’t show up anymore. I met this woman once who was a hypochondriac, and every time she saw on TV one of those silly and covert hypnotic-filled drug commercials on TV, she’d think she had the illness. She told me that she felt like she had to “fight” against it in her mind.

So, what we did instead is started to show her how to believe that her body was healed of everything. That she did not have any sicknesses. That nothing could harm her and that she was the healthiest she’s ever been.

A few weeks later, she told me she noticed “weird” things. “What kind of weird things?” I asked. She then proceeded to talk about how now when she watches TV she doesn’t see any of those silly commercials anymore whether she gets up to go get something, or flips the channel at the right moment. How she doesn’t believe that she can get sick anymore. About how all those things she thought she had – were gone!

Listen, one of the things that most new aspiring covert hypnotists will make is that it’s scary to know how it works because you realize it really truly is everywhere you turn. But it doesn’t have to be. Always remember that you have the ability to create what you experience.

So here’s what to do:

Turn those attempts you witness around. Don’t resist them. Accept that they’re trying while holding in the back of your mind that you’re something else instead. That’s when you have the power to protect yourself. Use the power of covert hypnosis.

Hypnosis Will not Work With Skeptics

January 1, 2010 by editor Leave a Comment

Hypnosis will not work with skeptics. Every so often such a person comes to my office seeking help. He tells me that his family physician or his spouse feels he should take my course in self-hypnosis. I inquire if he feels he might benefit from the course. If his answer is not positive, and if after talking to him at length about the benefits of hypnosis, I still feel he is not ready for the course, I suggest another mode of treatment for him. The reason for this is that unless the person is optimistic and enthusiastic about self-hypnosis, it just isn’t going to work as effectively as it would otherwise. The very nature of a skeptical attitude limits the constructive forces that we wish to harness.

Occasionally, individuals want indisputable proof that hypnosis is going to help them. It is impossible to give them the proof and unqualified reassurance that they seek. Yet, these same people do not require proof from their physicians. No one can guarantee success. However, I do point out that the continued and intelligent use of self-hypnosis can be instrumental in directing the healing, curative, constructive forces of nature.

Many times, a metaphysical rather than a scientific approach is required. It’s a matter of trying to satisfy the patient’s needs. At times, it is helpful to allow the patient to attend a class in self-hypnosis. Being able to communicate and identify with other individuals seeking self-hypnosis often is enough to change his attitude. This is especially true when one or more of the students relates dramatic changes.

Do Not Expect Immediate Results When You Begin With Self-Hypnosis

December 26, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Many persons expect immediate results when they begin to use underground hypnosis. If they don’t get the results they anticipated immediately, they want to know “what’s wrong?” My answer is usually that “nothing is wrong” and that they need only keep steadily applying the instructions. Certainly, one doesn’t become a proficient typist, musician, actor or sportsman because he has mastered the basic techniques. It takes time to acquire proficiency.

Let me assure you that anyone using and applying this technique can benefit from it. One of the troubles in dealing with any problem is routing defeatism and hopelessness. You can incorporate posthypnotic corrective measures in the suggestions that you give yourself. However, I believe that they must be dealt with on a conscious level as well. You must believe that you can conquer your difficulties no matter how long you have had them. If you are prepared to work with underground hypnosis in an unremitting manner, you will achieve the self-help that you seek. Now and then, you can anticipate a setback in your progress, but this needn’t discourage you from your overall task. Recount the progress already made. If you have a “let-down” because you expected quicker and more dramatic results, remember that this is a common feeling shared by many with emotional problems. Remember, also, how long you have had the problem.

No doubt, you have tried other methods and became discouraged because you weren’t making the progress you had anticipated. You dropped the idea and landed back where you started. Make up your mind, consciously, that you will work with untiring sincerity and a perseverance that will not falter because your chosen goal is not achieved immediately. I know of no therapy that leads straight to positive results without obstacles and intermittent failure. Success comes in spite of intervening failures because the ultimate direction has been clearly thought out and charted.

Self-hypnosis will finally work because you are constantly conditioning your subconscious to react in a positive, constructive manner. The program must, of necessity, become automatic in nature. When it does, you will suddenly find yourself feeling the way you wanted to and doing the things that you set out to do with the aid of self-hypnosis. You actually cultivate those feelings that you want.

ZOXpro-The Ultimate Brain Power Program to Get a Photographic Memory

December 19, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Underground Secret Testing Lab: Most People Use Less Than 2% of Their Total Brain Capacity.

Let me get straight to the point folks. I’ve been assigned the task of reviewing ZOXpro – a brain management system which can help you achieve what they call the ultimate brain power. What is this system all about and how good is it? Let us take a look.

ZOXpro is a system based on the teachings of Dr. Richard Welch who is called the ‘Father of Mental Photography’. Shannon Panzo of ZOX decided to condense Richard’s teachings like subliminal dynamics, brain management, and mental photography into a single system. Let me now tell you how this ultimate brain power system works.

ZOXpro can help you read fast. Now, before you think it is yet another lousy speed reading course, let me tell you how fast – not just 200 words or 300 words a minute, but an incredible 25,000 words per minute. It is not a typo. It is what the developers of the ultimate brain power system claim. It is what they call ‘photographic memory’. After learning the techniques in the system, you do not have to read books, but you can simply scan them and store everything in your memory. I know it sounds like a scene straight out of a sci-fi movie, but it’s what the system does.

An interesting thing about ZOXpro is that it can be used by anyone. The developers even claim that people who are suffering from learning disabilities like ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), ADD (attention deficit disorder), or dyslexia can benefit immensely from this ultimate brain power system. They say that the system stimulates a certain area of brain which can absorb tons of information without any difficulty.

Everything you need to do is explained very clearly in ZOXpro. There are a bunch of videos that can teach you exactly what you need to do to increase your reading speed, improve your memory, and unlock the true potential of your brain. When you start applying the techniques mentioned in the ultimate brain power system, you will be able to concentrate better, improve your insight, program your brain to achieve anything you want, sleep only for a few hours and yet stay energetic, and do what you want, when you want without getting distracted.

The people behind ZOXpro are so confident of their system that they are actually offering a money back guarantee. You can use the system for two months and see what happens. If, after 60 days, you do not get the desired results despite applying the techniques mentioned in the ultimate brain power system, you can get your money back. So, the way I see it, you have got nothing to lose. If it works, you can simply transform your life forever. If it does not, you get your money back. It does not get any easier, does it?

Hypnomoms-Childbirth Hypnosis

December 18, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Your second child is on the way. In fact, you’re in your third trimester and have been having vivid nightmares about the excruciating pain that heralded the birth of your firstborn. You really wish there were some way to avoid this experience. Maybe you could trade it for something less, well, painful. It is precisely this desire to avoid pain which has caused countless women to try childbirth hypnosis.

Click on the picture for natural childbirth with hypnosis:

Childbirth Hypnosis
Childbirth Hypnosis

Hypnosis has already been proven to work to lessen pain in areas such as dentistry and personal therapy after injury. It just makes sense that if this technique can be used to lessen pain in one area that it could do so for something as physically difficult as childbirth.

Childbirth hypnosis is generally a self-hypnosis and is a conscious choice on the part of the mother. No one else can put you under hypnosis at such a stressful time besides yourself. Some women choose to have a hypnotherapist present to assist in achieving the self-hypnotic state, but that hypnotherapist is strictly a guide and cannot actually hypnotize the mother.

The vast majority of the population are able to be hypnotized (approximately 90%), but your willingness to actually believe in the power of childbirth hypnosis is critical to its success. Believe it or not, the stronger your will, the more stubborn you are, the easier it will be for you to achieve that self-hypnotic state where you will be able to enjoy a relaxed, pain-free birth.

Childbirth hypnosis is a fantastic alternative to using potentially harmful drugs. This is also a viable option for those women who have various allergies to certain medications. This means your newborn will not be subjected to those same medications.

There are lots of myths and rumors surrounding hypnosis in general which just do not apply when dealing with childbirth hypnosis. For example, many people believe that when they are hypnotized they can be made to do things they wouldn’t normally do or say things they wouldn’t normally say. This just is not the case here because you are not being hypnotized by an external entity.

You are practicing self-hypnosis which is very similar to how people calm themselves down when they’re extremely frightened, angry, or upset. You will not tell people any of your secrets (or theirs that you might be safe-guarding). You will not suddenly have an urge to “cluck” like a chicken. You are in complete control of your body and thoughts at all times. You have the ability to bring yourself out of the hypnotic state at any time.

You will want to find a qualified hypnotherapist in your area to begin guiding you so you are ready on the birthing day. Most childbirth hypnosis training sessions run for about 6-7 meetings and vary in price. There are also home study courses available so that you don’t have to try to find time to run to someone’s office once or twice a week. Simply use a reliable search engine and use keywords such as “childbirth hypnosis home study” and you will have a ton of options available.

The important point to remember is that your childbirth does not have to be painful or stressful for you or your new baby if you choose to deliver using childbirth hypnosis. In fact, most mothers who have used these hypnosis techniques never mention any pain at all. They simply have very fond, very vivid memories of that wonderful day.

Attract Good Things With the Law of Attraction Hypnosis

December 18, 2009 by editor 1 Comment

Law of Attraction HypnosisLaw of Attraction Hypnosis

Initially the law of attraction was used to refer to physical structures and how matter actually develops. In modern times, however, the law of attraction has come to deal more with the mental and spiritual planes than anything tangible. In fact there are many websites and course offerings for law of attraction hypnosis which is designed to help people lead a more fulfilled, successful life.

The basic premise of law of attraction hypnosis is that when we think about things we want our minds send out that energy which helps to bring those things closer to us. If we think about something hard enough, often enough, and with sincerity then they will eventually come to us.

This makes a degree of sense. Think of someone you know who always seems to have a black cloud over their head. Bad things always happen to them and those around them. They often suffer from a range of ailments and illnesses.

With law of attraction hypnosis, the theory is that these people are drawing these negative elements to themselves. They are always thinking negative thoughts about themselves and their surroundings. In short, they have powerful minds which are controlling what’s going on in their lives but in a negative, rather than a positive manner.

How The Law Of Attraction Hypnosis Works?

The law of attraction hypnosis procedure should help a person control what thoughts they are sending out to the universe. This will help ensure that more positive elements come to them than negative ones. This will mean that instead of the person always thinking and worrying about how bad they feel, they will finally be able to focus on how positive and energized they feel. If they believe this to be true, it will become so because they will draw that truth to them and make it a part of themselves.

There are four primary steps in the law of attraction hypnosis. First you must know exactly what you want. You have to be very clear and concise (think of it as a contract with no loopholes). Second, you have to send those thoughts out into the universe on a regular basis. Depending on what you are looking to change in your life this could be a daily affirmation type thing, or it may need to be a mantra which you repeat frequently over the course of the day.

Third, you must begin to behave and believe that this element is already yours- you already have the great job, the wonderful family, a beautiful home, etc. This is very similar to the visualizing technique used by most famous athletes. They imagine themselves winning the game, the meet, the match…and they do.

Finally, you have to be open to receiving your request in whatever form it comes. You may wake up and realize that you don’t actually want or need that  beautiful home across town because the home you’re currently in meets all of your needs and provides you with the safety and security you desire. You have to remember that sometimes what you think you want has been there all along.

The law of attraction hypnosis will help you to see your world in a new, more positive light, but you must be receptive and you must be willing to let go of preconceived notions.

Be Your Own Superhero Through Covert Hypnosis

December 18, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

These days a lot of people feel like their life and their money are just spiraling away from their control. It’s getting harder and harder to get what you want because more and more people are going after exactly the same things. But there’s a way for you to have a distinct edge over the competition, through covert hypnosis.

Covert hypnosis is a method of getting others to think and do what you want them to do without them realizing it. You can master this art through writing, speaking, and even your body language. In many cases, it’s simply a matter of planting a certain idea in someone’s mind in a manner to them to see your way of thinking.

One example of a covert hypnosis technique is neuro-linguistic programming. This technique relies on you choosing the right words and formulating the right sentences to program the person into thinking, feeling, or believing in what you have to say. This is a technique which has been extensively used by many officials to get the public to vote a certain way or to persuade large groups of people to participate in a wide variety of activities.

Now, it is, of course, assumed that you will be using these techniques to influence others to positively benefit yourself and those around you. This is not a “take over the world” process. However, with your good intentions all things will be made possible for you through the use of this unique form of hypnosis.

There are a number of covert hypnosis courses for you to choose from. These courses run the gamut from 10 day mini-courses to full-blown, college level courses lasting a couple of months. Most of these are self-paced courses which offer the option of utilizing CDs and DVDs or online lessons.

The best part of this is that it means you won’t have to clear your schedule to attend a class at a set time, nor will you have to expend your gas driving across town, fighting traffic. The lessons will be available at your leisure. Often you will be able to listen to the lessons while driving in your car, or while you prepare dinner, or even when you’re shaving in the morning.

Regardless of which type of course you select, the sooner you get started learning covert hypnosis techniques, the sooner you’ll be able to regain your control over your life and finances. You’ll finally be able to feel comfortable at those huge office parties and will no longer be relegated to the sidelines. You will be the one with the power.
