Reducing Immunization Discomfort In Children

October 20, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Reducing immunization discomfort in 4- to 6-year-old children: a randomized clinical trial.

A clinical trial evaluated 41 children, 4 to 6 years of age, who were given 3 standard prekindergarten immunizations; 21 were assigned randomly to an office routine control group, whereas 20 received a multifaceted, discomfort-reducing intervention. The intervention added verbal suggestions of diminished sensation and a visual focusing activity to the use of ethyl chloride, an established pain-reducing measure. The distraction materials used for the intervention consisted of topical ethyl chloride spray, an improvised, plastic, multipronged arm gripper, and a vibrating instrument descending on the contralateral arm, which provided the focusing task and visual distraction.

the intervention group showed highly significant reductions in pain and discomfort, compared with the control group. In conclusion, this multifaceted distraction intervention reduced significantly the pain and discomfort of childhood immunizations in children 4 to 6 years of age.

Law Of Attraction Sales – Let Your Thoughts Come True

October 19, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

“My sales went through the roof after reading your first three articles. I thought about what you wrote about and it struck home with me. I hope it strikes home with other people, too. All I did was imagine people walking in and buying with ease where before I imagined it being a struggle. Not only did I make more sales effortlessly – but the entire business seemed to flourish as if I was drawing in more and more business with my mind alone!”

Now, absorb your attention to those comments above. Soak in them. Marvel them carefully. At first, you might pass it off as “too good to be true”. But the proof is when you apply it. At some point, you might even think it’s purely coincidental that you got what you imagined.

STOP. Make no mistake. You created it. You made it happen.

In order for you to understand how powerful it is: you might start with something small. For example: wake up every day and begin to imagine having fun at work. Feel good about work. Do that by focusing on what already feels good about work. Indulge in it. Feel those good feelings seeping out from deep within you.

Because when you start doing that, you start attracting more good feelings about work. Then, instead of waking up dreading work, you begin to appreciate and look forward to working more and more.

If you’re in a situation where you’re tired of a problem, and would like to change it – flip those thoughts around. Suppose you don’t have money. Begin to think about what it’s like to have money all the time. That multiple streams of income are flowing into your life with ease. Your life is filled with endless abundance!

Fake it until you make it. Act “as if” it is already happening to you.

But most of all – Don’t try to figure out or guess how it will come to you. Just relax and let the universe deliver it to you. For example: suppose you want to make more sales. Imagine the end result, that is, the end of the day where you made oh, say, 7 sales. And you imagine this happens to you effortlessly every single day without question.

Then, let it go with a sense of gratitude that it’s already working. Trust your inner guidance but don’t try to “force” it to work. Don’t analyze it. That would require too much energy.

Instead, just let it happen. Let your thoughts come true by using the law of attraction.

How To Use Covert Hypnosis To Form New Thought Patterns

October 18, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Here’s what I mean…

Get this thought clear in your head and imagine it often. You’re about to embark on the journey of discovering communication tools that allow you to control social situations, predictably!

After controlling the same social event successfully using covert hypnosis, over and over and over again… you begin to form new thought patterns.

Where before you thought “I can use this pattern to control them” now becomes “I can just attract that because that’s who I am and what I do best. Shoot, I’ve done it over and over again repeatedly.”

And it’s just that easy! In a nutshell, when you want to control people with covert hypnosis, you’ll attract situations where covert hypnosis will be required. When you just accept that you already have control without covert hypnosis…. Well, that’s what you’ll attract, too!

So, use covert hypnosis to form new thought patterns that you can get what you want in any social situation, and you’ll naturally begin to believe that you can achieve it, and you won’t even think about using covert hypnosis – you’ll just use it automatically!

People who read my articles always seem to make a comment about these first three articles you’re reading. They say things like:

“I got a raise instantly – the next day, not because I thought about why my boss won’t give me a raise, but because I imagined and acted as if I had one already.”

“My wife and I were separated. I read the first three articles. Three days later, my wife was back in my arms. I never even needed to use covert hypnosis. I simply imagined us as if we didn’t have anymore problems, that we had already worked through them. It seems silly but I pretended and imagined she was there with me laughing and joking… we were so at ease with each other and she wasn’t even there. It only took 3 days, and she moved back in after being separated for over 6 months!

Plus our relationship is better than ever. I don’t know how to thank you, but thank you!”

“I didn’t know whether covert hypnosis was real or not. I’ll have to admit, I wanted to attract women and hypnotize them. Of course, I tried it at first but something kept leading me back to your first three articles… so I started doing what you suggested – and I started attracting blondes, red heads… everywhere! I just acted as if everywhere I went, I talked to women and they found me attractive. I’d have to say, although your covert hypnosis techniques are dynamite, I don’t need to use them anymore. I realized that when I started loving myself, everyone started loving me too.”

How To Control Other People’s Minds With Covert Hypnosis

October 17, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Of course, it’s always good to start out with the right attitudes and intentions when you’re looking to control other people’s minds.

Keep this thought… NO… permanently inscribe this thought in your brain “I love making people feel good, so people always feel good around me because I feel good.”

And start believing it! If you can accomplish that, then you have 98% of controlling people’s minds down pat. Listen, of all the years I’ve practiced covert hypnosis, I realized that when I began to accept that I didn’t need to control people, that I always got what I wanted without having to use covert hypnosis – that’s what I got.

I’ve been in situations where people couldn’t get to me negatively and today they can’t. I have no buttons to push and no desire to push their buttons. When I realized what I’m about to reveal to you, I simply began to attract situations in my life where everything seemed to “just fit”.

For example: When I started using covert hypnosis on women, I’d attract situations where I needed to use language patterns, body language and all the other unconscious communicating tools because all I thought about was “having” to use that on women.

But one day, I just had a “eureka!” moment. I simply thought to myself “Why not just allow myself to be in the right places, at the right time, with the right attitudes, and have everything I ever want without having to experience or use covert hypnosis?”

What happened?

Over the next 3-9 weeks, I met women with ease. It always seemed like I’d be in the right place, at the right time, and everything in the conversation was pleasant, and no covert hypnosis was required. I simply imagined myself in these situations. I started acting as if that’s what happens to me, period.

And guess what? I attracted the woman of my dreams. To this day – I’ve never used covert hypnosis with my wife! Our relationship is fantastic. We have a son together and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. So listen, you read this article to solve a problem. Or maybe you were just curious about what covert hypnosis is about.

Of course, up until this point, it probably seems that I’m telling you NOT to use covert hypnosis.

Well, don’t make the mistake believing that you can’t use it or that it won’t help you. It’s helped me more times that I can keep track of and it may be a great first step you need to take in order to reach the same enlightenment as I have.

Heck, learning everything you can about it very well may be the first step you MUST take in order to understand what I’m talking about.

However, eventually, don’t be surprised when you start forming new beliefs and attitudes as a result of using covert hypnosis.

Use Your Powerful Imagination To Attracting Anything You Desire

October 15, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Get this: When I imagined my fellow employees taking me out to celebrate, I got nervous. I was in a new town. I didn’t like the idea of going out and having a few drinks and something bad happen.

Well, something bad did happen. Usually, I have so much going on, drinking a drink or two doesn’t even cross my mind. In fact it was the last thing on my mind at the time because I was too busy selling at my job and creating my site.

But they bothered me and bugged me to go out, so I gave in. They bought me drink after drink. Of course, me being a lightweight, I bought a bottle of beer, dumped half of it down the sink and spit most of the shots they bought back into it.

I didn’t want to offend anyone. When the night was over, I noticed I was in paid parking. So I decided I’d better cross the road into an overnight parking spot. About 30 seconds after moving my truck, I looked into my rear view mirror with fear. “I knew something bad would happen!” I thought to myself.

What happened? You guessed it! I was getting pulled over.

Needless to say, I spent daunting hours and a lot of money paying for my DUI. It was lesson well learned.

The main lesson was – be careful what you think about! Now, you don’t have to worry about bad thoughts or be afraid of them. Positive ones are always more powerful than negative. However, notice how I was scared about going out because I thought something bad would happen.

What would have happened if I would’ve thought something more positive and feel good about it?

Who knows? But I do know… I probably wouldn’t have attracted that circumstance into my life. In fact, I would’ve probably took one look at my truck and said “to hell with it! I’ll take the parking ticket” and called a cab.

You see, in society people are conditioned all the time to focus on their problems. Well, if you only focus on your problems, you’re repeating to the universe that you have problems – so you’ll continue to have them!

What if, for only one week, you started using your powerful imagination to choose to feel good, to be thankful, to imagine wonderful things happening to you… to attracting anything you desire whether it be control, money, safety, power or romance?

It’s not positive thinking. But it always pays to start thinking positively.

Listen, there’s a good chance you may never need any other part of those articles if you can master the secret in this article.

“What you think about creates itself in your world.”

You’ll notice that in most of my products I always say “Change the way you’re thinking on the inside, and the rest of your world changes too.”

And that’s so true!

Most people make the mistake thinking that the world is nothing but a series of random events when the opposite is…

FACT: You create your own circumstances. And you do that with your thoughts!

So what can you do right now to prove to yourself that what I’m saying is true?

There are a lot of things you can do. But I highly recommend what Dr. Joe Vitale suggests. In the movie “The Secret” (http://www.thesecret.tv) he suggests to start being thankful for what you have now.

Begin to feel good. Choose right now to feel good because something marvelous happens…

Those good things begin to attract more good things and those good things compound and accumulate more and more. Don’t entertain for one second anything negative.

Remember, you have the choice and power to control how you feel and what you think.

Start feeling good!

Do yourself a favor and start applying this secret.

October 14, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

It is quite evident that whatever methods you tried for controlling your weight or for shedding those extra pounds have failed. Just sit down and analyze what went wrong in your efforts? No answer? Ok, let me tell you what exactly went wrong in your efforts for shedding weight. First of all it’s quite obvious that you did try to diet but you soon crashed and again started eating unlimited amount of food. This is the first thing that went wrong. For losing weight effectively you do not have to start dieting. You have to just stop binge eating.

It’s commendable you exercised everyday but the thing for which you should surely be scolded for is that as soon as you returned from your regime you ate pounds and pounds of things. Exercising is good but binge eating after exercising is extremely bad. No doubt you did these things, so for finally losing weight you just need to do one thing- STOP BINGE EATING. Now the question that arises is how to stop binge eating. It is obviously a little difficult to eradicate a habit out from your daily routine but if you try then you will surely succeed one day.

The following methods will help you in controlling binge eating:

  1. First of all allow yourself to eat anything you like. A person binge eats out of guilt. If you will not restrict yourself from eating anything then you will not eat it secretly or out of guilt.
  2.

  3. Whenever you are said and feel like galloping loads of food then just try to find out ways of concentrating on other things rather than thinking of eating. If you can control yourself from eating in emotionally unstable situation then you will surely lose weight and will surely stop binge eating.
  4.

  5. Make a time table and stick to it. Initially you may find problem following the time table but with full dedication and focus you will be able to stick to the schedule.
  6.

  7. Start meditation and self hypnotism, these two therapies will make your unconscious mind stronger and hence will be able to stick to your decisions.

Hypnotism and mediations will surely do wonders for you. These things will make you stronger and more dedicated towards your aim.

Self Help Groups-Self Esteem Support Groups

October 14, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Self help groups are groups which come together at a platform where they provide support to people in need. The people who join a particular self help group are mostly those share common experiences in life. They lend hands to each other for solving problems that they face in their respective lives. They provide support which may be emotional, financial or mechanical. All those who join these self help groups, reciprocate what others do for them. These people may join these help groups for different reasons. Some may be craving for some information that might help him lead a good life and some may just wanted to show his benevolence.

People with different aims and aspirations but with similar experiences share the platform at these self help groups. They work in a manner which is mutually beneficial for everyone who is putting in some effort. The name ‘self help group’ itself defines the entire base of these groups. These self help groups work on diverse transitions of life. These transitions or gaps can be loss of a family member, fighting or living with certain disease, or different loss in life. This is why for different problems and aspects of life these people have different and a number of self help groups. All those who find a way to deal with a persistent or temporary situation of life tries to help others through these self help groups.

There are basically two kinds of people who join these self help groups. One who joins these groups is for seeking help and support in life and the other who wish to provide help and support to needy ones. The ones who are willing to rally round the needy members are experienced in tackling that problem or have already tackled in past. This is how these self help groups function. Without the support and assistance from volunteers these help groups can never be successful. It is because we still have people who take out time from their busy schedules and initiate in helping others. A person who has faced similar problems in past can understand the pain and grief of a person who is facing it at present.

Self control how to

October 13, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Self discipline is important for a balanced life. A life which has absolutely no control and discipline can never find its final path. A person who knows how to restraint can easily achieve success. In military schools and boarding schools students are taught to live a disciplined life, the reason why they are forced to live a regimented life so early in life because it teaches them to control themselves from the building years of their life. You may find a number of people who get up late, sleep late and do nothing in between. They have absolutely no control over their heart and hence roam from one place to other. Such lives never reach where they want to because they don’t know where they actually want to go in life.

Self control is important in various aspects of life. Self control is important when we start spending money unnecessarily, it is also important when we shout at someone just because we are upset. All these instances and many other showcase that self control is an important part of a balanced life. Self control and putting restriction are two very different things. Restriction is something which does not permit you to do a particular thing but self control means controlling self from doing things which are unnecessary. If you want to have a control on yourself but finds it hard to do then this write up will suggest you some methods through which you will easily control yourself.

First of all make a definite goal of life. Find out what is the aim of life and do things which favor it. Any thing which has no link with your goal should be unnecessary for you (some exceptions are always there, like family, love and friends etc).

Things which make you happy are important but only to a limit. Do not visualize your happiness in any materialistic thing. Do yoga, meditation and hypnotism for controlling your body, mind and soul. Hypnotism is very effective in taming the subconscious mind therefore if you really want to control yourself and your life then hypnotism should be made compulsory for you. It has absolutely no side effects and there very beneficial for you.

Overcoming Grief How To Deal With

October 12, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Happiness would never have been so important for us if we never had faced grief. Life has two faces one is good and other is bad. As all the five fingers of our hand are not equal hence all days are also not the same. Some days we are happy and some days we are sad. Since nothing is permanent here on earth, what is today will not remain here tomorrow. If today your life is full of grief then tomorrow you will surely smile. Life changes everyday. After every dark night sun shines in the morning. Similarly our life moves on passing different phases of life. When we are in a good phase of our life this world looks beautiful to us, we love each and everything thing about life but when we are poignant everything seems gloomy to us. We hate the word life when we are into the worst phase of life.

For living a good life consistently you need to face every phase of life courageously. You need to understand one thing that whatever happens in your life, it happens for the good. We are sent on this planet for doing something good. Just notice one thing after every bad phase you pass through you will find yourself in a good phase. Similarly whatever bad happens to you is because something good is yet to happen. You must overcome grief. Gloomy days will never persist, they will pass. You must have the courage to stand still in a terrible situation. Appalling conditions will never last long. You just have to make yourself understand that ‘this too shall pass’. You must understand the spirit of life, no matter how many nights you cried, no matter how many days you spent in a dreadful condition one good day will mend everything.

Life is ever changing. Nothing is here which is immortal. You must face whatever is the situation today because tomorrow it will be bright sunny day. For every tear you shed there will be a thing which will make you smile. Just never stagnant yourself in grief because it will pass, Wait for the good days. Trounce out from the grasp of woe and smile your way to a better life.
