Confidence Building

November 9, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Confidence is the most powerful tool that we humans are blessed with. I am calling confidence as a powerful tool because it is only through confidence that you do things which you don’t even imagine. Confidence is such a strong feeling which can help you do any big or small task. Confidence is something which transforms lives and makes them bigger and larger. It is through confidence that a person take up tasks which can prove life changing for them. Confidence can actually make a person’s life big. Confidence can be beautifully defined as a strong feeling which assures you that you can do a particular task well and all tell you that you must do it.

There are people who lack confidence. You must compare people in your mind who lack confidence with those who are so full of it. You will find people who are full of confidence do things in larger way but a person who lacks confidence tries to hide away. May be the one who lacked confident was more potential of doing that particular task well but just because the other person had confidence of taking that task up, he was called potential and ultimately successful. For those who lack confidence, an incident which instill in them confidence might prove life changing. Because life without confidence is like living in a small suffocating room when you can easily get an airy large beautiful room.

Confidence is sometimes a feeling which makes you feel proud and sometimes is life saving. In certain situation when both of your heart and mind restricts you from doing a task it is your confidence which forces you to take up. Confidence is a beautiful positive feeling which showcases self love and self belief. When you have confidence in yourself it means you have trust in your actions. A confident soul is charming, extrovert and daring. Gain confidence and become a confidence builder.

How to Stop Over Analyzing Things

November 6, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

There are few things around us that do not require any sort of explanation. They happen because they were supposed to happen. There is nothing very serious related to their occurrence and there is no point spending time over analyzing such situations. There are some people who try to analyze each and every situation so minutely that they end up getting confused. This confusion results in disturbance in our mind and heart which ultimately lead us to a state which is full of dilemmas. It is very important for such people to stop over analyzing things and get out living life comfortably and normally.

It is very important for us to let go certain things and do not spend time thinking about them because many things happen which have absolutely no meaning. You have to differentiate between such situations and give importance to situations which are actually important. Analyzing situations perfectly is extremely important because it helps you in keeping yourself normal. A person who over analyzes situations is not normally accepted by people who are around them because they feel irritated. Not everyone analyzes situations to such an extreme extent.

It is important that you do not take every situation seriously. So if you analyze a situation to seriously then please stop over analyzing. This will only make your and other’s life difficult. A person gets nothing from analyzing a situation. Over analyzing give tension to a person and make him feel uncomfortable. So start leading a life which normal and a bit simple. One way to stop over analyzing situation is doing self hypnosis. Hypnosis really works because it calms the subconscious mind and directs it to things which are more important and needs your concentration.

You must try out self hypnosis if you want to finally stop over analyzing. Self hypnosis will try to mould your subconscious mind and will stop you from over analyzing unimportant things.

Listen to your Dreams

November 6, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

When we sleep its only our body which rests but our mind is constantly staggering with dreams. Some times we see really horrible dreams and sometimes we are blessed with sweet and beautiful dreams as well. We all question ourselves and experts that do these dreams hold some profound meaning or are they just some blunt activities that our brain performs. No one has yet given any satisfactory explanation for the reality of our dreams. No doubt for some like me their dreams are full of meanings and they never take dreams very lightly.

There is no harm listening to our dreams as long as it is not affecting our daily life. According to my point of view and personal experience every dream has a meaning obviously with few exceptions. If you sit down and analyze what you dream and try to relate with your life then you will observe that almost your every dream was linked to your life in some or the other way. Dreams are symbolic of what has already happened or what can happen in the near future. Many a times we dream of falling down or slipping down a stair this is symbolic of a small failure or defeat in your life or a dissatisfactory performance given by you.

Giving importance to dream gives a direction to our life. Many a times we dream something which alarms us, this is most of the time symbolic that powers are alarming us in advance of some unwanted event that might be taking place in our life. Many of us sometimes dream of events that will take place in future. After few days or months we fin ourselves in similar situation. We feel extremely awkward when we feel that you have already faced such a situation but you do not know when you faced it. All these things rein stills the confidence in us that our dreams do hold some meaning which we most of the time neglect.

After you read this do listen to your dreams and do try to relate it with your personal life. You will surely find some meaning.

Choose Your Battles Wisely

November 5, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Most of the times in our lives, our outcome defines what sort of decisions we took while we were supposed to put in some input. Almost everyday we have to take decisions which affect our future. We have to decide what all things need your attention and what things must be neglected.

When we become dedicated towards a certain goal in life we some how know that what will be the result in the end. When we take up tasks we know how well we can do it. Everybody knows what he can achieve in life and what he cannot. As mentioned our decisions affect our lives thus it is mandatory for us to choose our battles wisely.

We all have a hundred things that need our attention on an everyday basis. For completing tasks successfully we have to select what all things need urgent attention and what all things can be postponed. The kind of battles we take up and the kind of decisions we take defines our path towards success. If we take up things which we can never achieve in life and slog day in and day out for it then we will end up failing. We must choose our battles very wisely so that we can achieve what we truly deserve in our life. There is no point taking up battles that can never be won or that can never be concluded.

The kind of battles we take up decides what we will be going through in the near future. Your life depends only on your actions. The kind of things you do in your life for making it better or for growing in life will decide the outcome. What we think in this respect is important as well but only those thoughts are powerful which can be put up in action.

You might have faced incidences when people try to provoke you so that you do something that will give you a negative name. But sometimes you let go things but sometimes you do something about it. In such cases a person must act only when his actions are required. There is absolutely no point fighting against and for things which are useless for you. This is why it advised that you choose your battles wisely.

November 3, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Procrastination is nothing but delaying things for tomorrow. It shows your laziness and lack of interest in your job. Procrastination obviously makes things difficult for us in the long run because it piles up tons and tons of work for us on our table. A person who delays his work every time ends up being in a big trouble in the end because of him others were also affected who wanted that work to be done on time. A person who procrastinates a lot earns bad image and poor name.
No No matter how much hard working you are but even if you delay your one task you earn bad name from the person who gave the work to you. There can be numerous reasons why you keep delaying your tasks; a few of them are mentioned in the next few lines.

  1. The foremost reason can be that you are not in the right mood to start working or it’s too late to work. You may even mention that you are waiting for the right time to arrive in your life.
  2. You took a task but you are now finding it very difficult to complete. This is a very potential reason why you are delaying a particular task.
  3. Unclear thoughts and goals for your task.
  4. Deadlines that can never be met and this is why you are not even trying too starting off.

This list can go on and on but there is no point cursing the causes we must suggest you some ways to overcome procrastination. It is not very difficult to overcome procrastination. All you need is to focus. Focus is a very small but very important word with big meaning in everyone’s life. You need to focus on the job to start and finish it. Make a time table which is not very strict or difficult to follow. This is for initial days. Once you start following the time table you prepared you will start regaining your confidence. Slowly increase your standards and think nothing but your work. You should think about work every time until and unless you complete it.  Now if you have completed your large pending work you should promise to yourself that you will never leave any of your work pending.

How to Discover your Passion: Key Elements

November 1, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Life is like a dream for some but for many their dreams are their life. Life without any aim or passion is like a ship without any sailor. Our passions and our aspirations define the direction our life will move towards. Our doings and our decisions all are determinants of our passions in life. Our passion is a thing or a task or something similar which we just love to do. We can take up our passion as our career for ensuring we live a happy and content life. When we have some passions in life and we get an opportunity to pursue them then we start feeling content and satisfied.

But there are many people who are not very sure of what their passions are. Such people live a life which has no directions and hence they do not know which way they are moving. People with no passions hardly feel satisfied because they are not aware of that thing which will make them feel satisfied. If you are one of those who are unaware of their passion and aim in life then it is the right time you discover one. Life is a game but it is not the one you used to play when you were just a kid. For ensuring that your life has some definite directions then you need to read on.

If you wish to discover your passion then you need to put in some effort. It is not that difficult to find out your passion. How to Control Codependency

November 1, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Some great souls always think for the benefit of others and keep other’s desires before their own. Such people who think a lot about other’s interests and desires are regarded as codependent.

Codependence is good to a limit which does not hurt your own interests and feelings. Almost everyone wishes to be loved by others. For other’s love and positive interest people do a lot of things but a codependent overdo things for others and think only about others. Such people feel that others are incomplete without them and will not be able to work perfectly if they are not there for help. This mind set sometimes irritates and even spoil people.

Person who feels that others will not be able to manage their lives without them are obviously nice and pure souls but such people must understand that everybody has a life and everybody is been gifted with ability to manage their own life. For a person who is codependent must learn to control such feelings. This is because not every time people will understand your gesture and things might turn upside down. For preventing anything wrong from taking place you have to learn how to control codependence. All those people who are codependent usually never accept what people offer them because they don’t feel they are worth their gesture. They just believe in giving and never expect and accept in return.

Codependent people develop such behaviors because they are under confident with low self esteem. Codependence is not easy. Not anyone can develop such behaviors. Giving all the time is not easy and that to when you do not want anything in return. Such people are of great value but they need to understand that they also are valuable and they should always be interdependent rather than being codependent. Interdependency is acceptable because both the persons of a relation are doing something for each other. This maintains balance and equality in a relation. But in codependency this balance never exists because the one who is doing keeps doing it and the other one does not bother to return back and also the giver is not accepting anything in return.

How to Manage and Eventually Overcome Jealousy in your Relationships

October 31, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Jealousy is a feeling which when drives into a person forces him to do all those things which his conscience never allows. Jealousy can jump in any sort of relation be it personal or professional. There are people like me who consider jealousy to be a negative path in their life because jealousy can never allow a person to feel content. A person never feels satisfied because he is jealous from the other person who might own things which are better than yours. Jealousy is a negative feeling and fills a person with negative thoughts. This is why it is very important for anyone who is jealous to over it as soon as possible.

When a person is feeling jealous he feels and do things differently. Many a times people don’t accept that he/she is being jealous of something or someone. So it is very important for that person to accept that he/she is facing this problem of jealousy and that person should also find out the reason of why he/she is feeling so. For overcoming jealousy it is important for a person to accept and find out the cause and origin of the problem. Without doing these initial things it will be almost impossible for you to overcome jealousy. Insecurity from a person is the first and foremost reason of jealousy. When a person becomes feels insecure then only he feels that he is small.

For overcoming jealousy you need to feel content. Do not give much importance on what others are doing and achieving. Concentrate on your doings and achievements. More you will concentrate on yourself the faster you will overcome jealousy. Jealousy gives nothing instead it makes you feel burdened and heavy from inside. You don’t smile or show signs of happiness when you are jealous from a particular thing or person. Start hypnotism for concentrating on your actions and performance.

Self hypnosis will really transform your life and will direct your positive energies in every work that you do. Overcoming feelings and bad thoughts like jealousy is very important because it does not allow a person to lead a free life. It grips a person from inside and refuse to leave.

How to Eliminate Night Terrors Nightmares

October 31, 2009 by editor 1 Comment

Night terrors mostly occur in children of age 3 to 8 years old. Night terror is not very common in adults or grown up children but some cases have been reported in which adults also faced night terrors. The cause of this night terror is regarded to be unresolved psychological. People who are not calm or are suffering from some very extreme situations in their personal lives usually face these night terrors because their mind is in conflict most of the times. Such people are traumatized in night may be because of bad dreams or reappearance of some bad situation.

As mentioned this problem is more frequent among children and this is why the reason because of which they face it are also mere. If a child is very attached to a particular toy and that toy is a misplaced or lost then that child face night terror. Similar situations trigger night terrors in children because their mind comes in a conflicting zone. It is noted that a person usually face a night trigger when he or she is half asleep. When that person awakes as a result of night terror he finds himself in a direst condition in which he is sweating, crying or screaming out of fear. In such situation children and adults usually takes 10-15 minutes to regain their calm suture.  This is also regarded to be a condition of NREM sleep which is Non rapid eye movement sleep.

Night terrors can be eliminated out of a child’s life through hypnotism and appropriate medication. If your child is suffering from night terrors then your doctor will just ask you to reorganize the sleeping habits of your child because among children this phase usually disappear as a child grows into an adult. But a grown up person of your family is facing consistent night terrors then hypnotism is the perfect solution. Even doctors will ask that person to either self hypnotize or take hypnotism lessons from an expert. Night terrors can be eliminated out of  a person’s life if he put in some efforts.

How To Manage Holiday Stress

October 29, 2009 by editor 1 Comment

We all go on holidays for relaxing and for finding some time for yourself and your family. But what if holidays become stressful for you? Yes, for some even planning a holiday is stressful. People feel that are excited and dreadful at the same time. Excited because they are finally getting a break from a monotonous life but dreadful because they need to do and plan out a number of things before departure. Planning a holiday and making arrangements accordingly is not an easy task but this chore can be simplified if things are done step wise and not in a hurry.

If your condition is very severe and you just cannot manage to organize a holiday then just hire a good travel company who will organize everything for you. But if you can organize a holiday provided it does not stress you then you can follow our instructions.

  1. First of all plan out your entire holiday on a paper. Make a list that you need to do before going on a holiday and also write all those things that you might need to confirm your hotel and travel reservation. Write each and every small or big thing on that paper and follow it religiously.
  2.

  3. Now book your stay in the hotel of your choice and confirm it before going. You may ask your partner of the trip to do this if you’re busy.
  4.

  5. Recheck your traveling reservations and things related to it.
  6.

  7. Complete your packing and other important undertakings a day before your trip.

Make sure your plan is prepared a month before the actual date of your trip. Also make sure you complete one task a day so tat it may not become very hectic for you to plan a holiday. Doing things in a systematic way helps completing tasks on time without any stress. Do things in a simple manner and do not make things complex. Do not hurry and do not become hyper.
