Love Yourself

November 10, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

The title indicates that this concept is beautiful! Love yourself. How can people love anyone else if they do not love themselves? Self love is extremely important for living a life which is full of happiness and confidence. As we know love brings power in life. Whenever we fall in love with a person we feel strong and this is why we do things for them going out of way. Similarly when we fall in love with ourselves we do things which make us feel happy and become more confident.  This is why loving your own self is very important because it fills us with a power which is unique and can only be felt after you start loving yourself.

Well, most of the people do love themselves but there are people are not even aware of this concept of loving your own self. We all crave to be loved by others. We crave for their attention and feel bad when they ignore us. But if we start loving ourselves then it I am very sure we will not need any one to love us. Obviously we want others but if there will be no one with us then you will be able to manage well. This concept of love yourself is stupendous. It can actually transform your life and make it large, beautiful and content. Your view towards life will change drastically and you will start feeling full and satisfied.

Obviously support and little bit of care from our family and friends are some precious things which are indispensible but loving your own self should be something which is inevitable for you. Just analyze your efforts towards a better life and find out the qualities which make you a beautiful person and start admiring it. But self love should never turn into self obsession. Loving thy self is important for building confidence but do not over do it.

Confidence Building

November 9, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Confidence is the most powerful tool that we humans are blessed with. I am calling confidence as a powerful tool because it is only through confidence that you do things which you don’t even imagine. Confidence is such a strong feeling which can help you do any big or small task. Confidence is something which transforms lives and makes them bigger and larger. It is through confidence that a person take up tasks which can prove life changing for them. Confidence can actually make a person’s life big. Confidence can be beautifully defined as a strong feeling which assures you that you can do a particular task well and all tell you that you must do it.

There are people who lack confidence. You must compare people in your mind who lack confidence with those who are so full of it. You will find people who are full of confidence do things in larger way but a person who lacks confidence tries to hide away. May be the one who lacked confident was more potential of doing that particular task well but just because the other person had confidence of taking that task up, he was called potential and ultimately successful. For those who lack confidence, an incident which instill in them confidence might prove life changing. Because life without confidence is like living in a small suffocating room when you can easily get an airy large beautiful room.

Confidence is sometimes a feeling which makes you feel proud and sometimes is life saving. In certain situation when both of your heart and mind restricts you from doing a task it is your confidence which forces you to take up. Confidence is a beautiful positive feeling which showcases self love and self belief. When you have confidence in yourself it means you have trust in your actions. A confident soul is charming, extrovert and daring. Gain confidence and become a confidence builder.

Theta Meditation

November 9, 2009 by editor 41 Comments

Most of us might be aware of the fact that brain waves called theta waves are meant for providing essential relaxation and dreaming to a person. Theta meditation is based on these facts that are meant for providing repose and rest to the human body. Theta meditation has always been a very successful method of reposing one’s self for recreation and leisure. These theta waves are at hand in those people, who are extroverts, children or meditate regularly. If you meditate on a regular basis then it is quite obvious that theta brain waves will be present in an active stage in your mind. Theta meditation is based on mechanism and activity of these theta waves. This kind of meditation enhances creativity and also relaxes a person to a level which is essential for its sound survival.

In theta meditation sounds which are almost impossible to be heard are used. For listening or feeling those pulses of sound a special kind of head phone is provided which a person uses while working in theta meditation. Theta meditation can cause theta waves to function more effectively and hence brings in stronger relations, patience, creativity and extremely reduced levels of anxiety and stress. Theta meditation is therefore proclaimed as a very effective way to meditate because it brings out excellent and ever lasting results. All those who perform theta meditation will surely agree that they have a very strong power of intuition.

Such people might also feel that they have more sense of responsibility then others as people who do not practice theta meditation are more focused and dedicated towards their tasks. These people will also agree to the fact that because they perform theta meditation regularly they are able to relax and calm themselves down more easily in a tensed situation than any other person.  People those who practice theta meditation also have abilities to grasp and learn things faster than those who do not perform theta meditation.

This is why it is advised to opt for theta meditation for living a stronger and better life.

Learn Covert Hypnosis

November 8, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

It’s perfectly natural and okay to want to jump ahead to the upcoming articles, but I encourage you to stick with me here. These articles are designed to get you into using covert hypnosis easily. I want you to learn it fast. I want you to begin to see results the second you leave these articles down. So please, take the time to go through this article because it underlies importance in things.

One of the first things you’ll notice as you learn covert hypnosis is that it begins to pop up all around you. You begin to see it being used on the internet, TV, on the radio, billboards, in magazines – just about anywhere.

You see,  you remember me telling you that the main point I want to teach people is how covert hypnosis is being used against them. I want you to be able to “see it in the works” so that you’re able to protect yourself from its influence. Because when that happens, you no longer “just give in” to anything. You begin to realize that you have the choice and power to let someone influence you or not.

Just like right now. You have the choice and power to allow me to use this power against you, or not. Of course, I’m not harming you in any way and that is not my intention. But do you know that a lot of people do?

Covert Hypnosis: Your Mind is Making it Happen

November 8, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Basically… All my expectations, all the things that I thought I wanted to happen, all the outcomes that I’d like to see happen as a result from me writing these articles were turned over to my “higher self.” My unconscious. And that’s what you need to do when you find yourself wanting to improve any area of your social life. Just ask yourself: “With this power that you’re gaining by reading this entire book, what do you wish to improve?”

Do you want more sales?

Better relationships? A raise?

The best deals? Better speech performance? Sex?

The truth is, you can have it, and rather easily. By now I think you can agree to that. So think of this article as a tool. And as you read the rest of these articles, begin to imagine one thing that you want most to happen as a result of using covert hypnosis. What is the end result that you’d like to experience? Write it down now. Take 5 minutes to imagine the end result of what you’d like to experience as a result of using conversational hypnosis.

Think about that now, then, keep reading… Because what will happen as you read the rest of these articles, you’ll come across tools, techniques and strategies that will “click” inside. Your unconscious mind will record these tools. So, as you go out into the real world with the thoughts of your end result – when you find yourself in the potential situation to make that manifest before your eyes, your higher self will use what you’ve learned in these articles as a valuable resource.

I can’t count on my fingers or toes how I’d have an end result in mind, and when the opportunity was before me, I’d be in mid-conversation and automatically without even thinking about it, apply a particular covert hypnosis strategy. And it always seemed to come at the precise moment. So realize it’s not necessary to master every skill. You don’t have to practice what you’re learning consistently before you can go out in the real world and apply it.

Just allow your mind to open up and absorb the information each time your read these articles. Give yourself permission to use it at the right time and place. Turn your trust over to your unconscious mind, your “higher self” to apply the tools and strategies you’re learning automatically, without even thinking about.

When you do, you can dump traditional ways to communicate with other people. You can improve your communicating abilities just by trusting that your mind is making it happen. As that happens to you, you’ll find out what it’s like to be a real, genuine master of unconscious communication.

In Self Hypnotic State you are in Full Control

November 7, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

One question that arises is: “If I’m under hypnosis, how can I give myself suggestions?” During the hypnotic state, it must be remembered, the subject is always aware of what is going on. You hear what is said, follow directions and terminate the state when told to do so. In the self-hypnotic state, you are in full control. Therefore, you can think, reason, act, criticize, suggest or do whatever you desire. You can audibly give yourself suggestions, or you can mentally give yourself suggestions. In either case, you do not rouse from the hypnotic state until you give yourself specific suggestions to do so.

Many feel if they audibly give themselves suggestions, they will “awaken.” In hypno-analysis, the subject answers questions during the hypnotic state. Having the subject talk does not terminate the state. You can keep the talkative subject under hypnosis as long as you want. Furthermore, the subject can be sitting erect with his eyes open and still be under hypnosis. Carrying this further, the subject may not even be aware that
he is under hypnosis. He can be given a cue not to remember when the therapist makes a certain motion or says a certain word that he will go back into the hypnotic state but still keep his eyes open. Only an experienced hypnotist could detect the change.

Another frequent question is: “How do I arouse myself from the self-hypnotic state?” You merely say to yourself that upon counting to five you will open your eyes and wake up feeling fine. Many times the subject falls asleep while giving himself posthypnotic suggestions. This is not undesirable since the suggestions will spill over into the subconscious mind as he goes from consciousness to unconsciousness.

Everyone Can Be Hypnotized

November 7, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Achieving hypnosis is a matter of directing this suggestibility that we all possess into the channels that will finally produce the hypnotic state. It can be much more complicated than this explanation in many cases, but let us use this as a working premise.

Everyone can be hypnotized. The time required for achieving hypnosis will vary from subject to subject. We will discuss some of the reasons for this in a subsequent chapter, but for our discussion at this time we need to understand this point. I have encountered numerous individuals who were extremely disappointed because they did not respond to hypnosis immediately or after several attempts. They wanted to know “what was wrong.” An explanation that nothing was wrong somehow did not satisfy these individuals. “After all,” they argued, “didn’t I go to a hypnotist especially to be hypnotized?” Some insinuated that perhaps the hypnotist
wasn’t too good.

Let me explain that most subjects need to be conditioned for hypnosis, and this conditioning is helped when the subject practices certain conditioning exercises that I shall discuss in detail later, in a post titled “How To Attain Self-Hypnosis.” In my teaching, I have found that about one out of ten subjects responds to the first attempt at hypnosis. One cannot make a definite statement as to the length of time necessary to learn self-hypnosis, but it is my experience that this usually takes about one month. I have had subjects learn self-hypnosis in about 30 minutes, but I must also relate that I have worked with subjects for one year before they achieved it.

For the most part, the laws of learning apply to self-hypnosis as with anything else that one would want to learn. It can be a relatively simple procedure, or it can be very perplexing. The answer lies not so much with the hypnotist as with the subject.

Hypnotizing Ourselves by Increasing our Suggestibility

November 7, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Suggestion plays a tremendously important role in our daily lives. It begins from naming the baby with an appropriate name to securing a suitable place for interment. I would like to call your attention to a fascinating book dealing with the unconscious reasons why we do many of the things that we do. You will be intrigued with every page of the book. It is called  Underground Hypnosis.

I think is that we are all suggestible and, therefore, being hypnotized or hypnotizing ourselves is just a matter of increasing the suggestibility that we already possess. Doesn’t the hypnotist begin by suggesting relaxation? Doesn’t she usually begin by requesting the subject to fix his attention on a particular object? Next, she suggests to the subject that his eyes are becoming heavy and tired. As soon as the subject closes his eyes, she suggests that he will be in a deep hypnotic state. I am sure that you are familiar with this procedure.

With each step, the hypnotist is guiding the subject along directed lines to get him to accept further suggestions without question or doubt. When the subject achieves the ultimate state in this procedure, he has been hypnotized. He then accepts suggestions without hesitating.

Let us continue with this same thought. Suppose I say to you, “I’m going to stick you with this pin. It won’t hurt.” Would you let me stick you with the pin? Obviously not. Let us suppose that you have been hypnotized and I repeat the same suggestion. What happens then? You readily accept the suggestion as being factual. Should I proceed to stick you with the pin, you do not even flinch. In fact, you do not even feel the pain. Does this sound incredible? Isn’t this exactly the same procedure that the dentist uses with his patient when she has hypnotized him for the purpose of painless dental work?

Underground Hypnosis: What you Should know About

November 7, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Underground Hypnosis has been defined as a state of heightened suggestibility in which the subject is able to uncritically accept ideas for self-improvement and act on them appropriately. When a hypnotist hypnotizes his subject, it is known as hetero-hypnosis. When an individual puts himself into a state of hypnosis, it is known as self-hypnosis. In both cases, the subject has achieved a heightened state of suggestibility. Even in hetero-hypnosis, the subject really controls the response to suggestions. Actually, all hypnosis is really a matter of self-hypnosis. The subject enters into the hypnotic state when he is completely ready to do so. This may require from one to many attempts before it is achieved. Even if the subject insists that he wants to be hypnotized immediately, he may be resisting hypnosis unconsciously.

In self-hypnosis the same thing usually takes place. The subject is anxious to achieve self-hypnosis, but somehow the state eludes him. What’s wrong? It may be that he is unconsciously resisting it, hasn’t conditioned himself sufficiently, or has achieved the hypnotic state and doesn’t know he is in the state. This last statement may be surprising, but we will examine it in detail a little later on.

Most experts agree that about 90 percent of the population can be hypnotized. My own feeling is that probably 99 percent can be hypnotized. Who among us is not influenced by suggestion? Aren’t we all, as we have seen, influenced by the suggestions of advertising? Don’t we all have a tendency to believe what we read in the paper, hear on the radio or see on television? Aren’t we all convinced that a name-brand article is better than one that is not so well-known?
