Overcome Fear Of Snakes

October 6, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Almost 3 out of 5 people throughout the world fear from snakes. At normal levels we all are scared of snakes, because we cannot be fearless from a creature that is quite dangerous and venomous. But when a person’s fear crosses this normal stage of fear and become a victim of acute phobia of snakes then it is the time when something needs to be done. Living with any sort of fear is really difficult. Even if you fear an ant you will not be able to reside anywhere comfortably because constantly your mind will remind you your fear. Living with ophidiophobia is more difficult because your mind will constantly fear from a crawling creature snake.

How long can a person live in such an introvert condition. The time has to come when that person frees himself from the grasp of such fears. If you fear from snakes and feel now is the time when you want to overcome fear then you are at the tight place. We will try to help you in overcoming this fear. For starting with overcoming your fear you need to tell yourself daily that you don’t have to fear from snakes. Tell yourself this thing at least twice a day, this will help you in creating a positive mindset.  Now the next thing which is very important in overcoming the fear of snakes is the interaction with snakes in a safe environment.

Yes, it is primary. If you really want to get rid of this fear for once and for all then do touch snakes, visit zoos and check out photos on the internet. Face your fear for overcoming it. Read as many books about snakes as you can. One of the things which is the reason why you developed this fear is lack of information. When you are not aware of the nature and activities of a creature then it is quiet evident that you will develop fear of them.  The more you will try to know them the sooner you will eradicate this fear out of your life. Hypnotism can be another tool in overcoming this fear. Hypnotism will make your unconscious mind fearless from snakes. Try hypnotism if nothing is working for you. Consult doctor if your case worsens.

October 6, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Fear of height can be really scary because each day we in some or the other way reach a point which is quite high above the ground. In such situations all those who fear heights become unstable as they cannot hold control over their fear. Fear of height can be developed at any point due to some accident, dream or any bad incident which makes a person fear from height. Developing a fear is not in ones hand but yes, overcoming fear is in ones hand. If you want to come out of the hands of your fear and live a free life then you have to become more determined.

You have to keep one thing in mind that yes I fear from heights but I will overcome it and will try sky diving one day. It is just one thing which is extremely true “A head of fear stands a winner”. If you for once forget that you will face what you are feared of then surely one day you will not have any fears. A life which is fearless is worth living. There is no point living a life which has a fear which holds you from inside from living an open life.

According to the very basic philosophy of life, life is to live like a Tiger which has no fears. If you fear from heights then just go out to the terrace and shout out loud your name. Initially you will face problems but slowly you will overcome your fear of heights. Try hypnotism for silently overcoming your fear of heights. Hypnotism will mold your unconscious mind and you will gradually develop your love for heights. You will absolutely forget about your fear of heights.

Whenever you feel that you are attacked by acrophobia then just calm yourself down. Take deep breaths, and hold control. Avoid yourself when you feel that you fear from heights. Take use of hypnotism, self control and open-mindedness along with determination and love for life, you will surely overcome your fear of heights. Even after trying all these things you are unable to overcome your fear then it is important that you consult a psychiatrist who will through his therapies free you from the grasp of acrophobia.

Letting Go Of Anger

October 6, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Anger is destructive. It can never do something constructive. All those who become angry very fast must be aware of the fact that anger can destroy relations. For any person it is important to have a control over his/her anger. Just remind the time when you shouted at someone because of anger and how he reacted in return. He must have been hurt because of your sudden outburst of anger.

Controlling your anger is extremely important because it directly affects the people around you. If you get angry very fast then you must have tried numerous ways to control it but you did not find any success through them. If this is the case with you as well then do not worry. We will provide solution to your problem. Having a control over you anger is difficult but easy at the same time.

If you know our tactics to control anger then no doubt it is easy to let go your anger but otherwise it might be difficult. So for discovering it, keep reading.

  1. When you feel that your scales of anger is increasing then just change your present position. If you are sitting then stand up and vice versa. This will help you in diverting the mind and also in moving out of the negative surroundings.

  2. Now find out why you are angry. If it’s some unfulfilled wish then write down ways of fulfilling it. Whatever the problem you discover just find out its solution. This way you will be able to find out what exactly you want. This will help you in calming down as well.

  3. Now just eradicate all the negative words from your dictionary like don’t, unable and many more.

  4. If you still not finding any relief then just surrender to the situation. Accept your defeat (If you have lost) or some miss happening.  The sooner you will accept the faster you will be able to control yourself.

  5. Whenever you get anger then just talk to your best friend or family member who you know can control you. This proves great help always.

  6. Mediation and hypnotism are two other things which are always effective. I agree it seems quite stupid that you get angry and you sit down for hypnotism and meditation. But if you try it once you will really feel that it works.

If nothing from these tactics work for you then just try hypnotism regularly and soon you will be able to let go your anger.

How To Have A Better Memory

October 5, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Every human on this planet earth wants the answer to this question. Well, it’s not very difficult to have a better memory. I tried the methods which I will soon mention and it was actually wonderful to see the results. After numerous researches and trials some very basic methods were surfaced to answer the question, how to have a better memory. Literally scientists analyzed each and every aspect of memory and human understanding and only then they were able to come with some concrete points to mention to curious learners.

Obviously you can not wait any more for discovering the ways through which you will be able to improve your memory. I will mention these concrete points one by one and I hope after practicing them you will be able to remember anything or maybe everything in this world.

  1. The most important thing which is required in starting this process of sharpening the memory is to believe in you. For taking any initiative the most crucial thing is to have in trust in ones belief. If you think that you can have a better memory after doing all the methods then you will surely have otherwise not.
  2. The next thing which is suggested by experts is that you should use your brain in a systematic way. Keep your things organized in your room. Your file, folders and other things which you use regularly should always be kept at the same position. This will also systematize your brain.
  3. Make the best use of your senses. You should use your brain and senses in such a way that you are able to recognize odors and sounds without even giving complete attention to them. This can happen only after you are aware of those sounds and odors. So work out your mind accordingly.
  4. Do not restrict yourself from learning some specific things. Think and learn broadly. Learn and surmount more and more knowledge. The more you will learn the better your thinking process will be. So try to learn more and more things so that you are able to know about more things. This increases the stature of your mind.

Now you should try to memorize more and more things. When you are passing through some area try to remember all the things you noticed in a sequence. Memorize it and repeat it again and again. Ask your friends to spell a long list of things and you memorize it in 10 seconds and speak it out. This way you will force your mind to work faster and this is how you will have a better memory.

A New Positive Attitude

October 4, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

A new positive attitude is like a new life. A life with no optimism is like a dark room with no hopes and objective. For different people life has a different definition. Some may define it as a blessing and some may define it as a punishment. For some life is cruel and for some life is full of love. No two people perceive life the same way. But on one thing which the entire human race agrees is that with despondency nothing can be achieved but with hope and optimism every obstacle can be overcome.

Every life undergoes unlimited ups and downs. Courage is not in living the good phase with a smile but it is in living the bad phase with a hope. It’s only after a low period in life a person realizes the importance of a new positive attitude. Consistent good phase always make you take your smile for granted but when you are actually living in a bad phase you realize what was the importance of your smile. It’s only in the bad phase when you take the step forward for observing life from a new positive mental attitude.

Perceive Your Life From A New Positive Attitude

It is very important to perceive your life from a new positive attitude because it is useless to live life with despondency. If you are currently in a bad phase and for you life has nothing good in store for you then this write might change your life. I will tell you how to get out of the bad phase. On a personal level this step worked for me and this is the reason why I want to share with you all. Constantly living in a bad phase irritates the person like anything. A point comes when you just want everything to change because you are really fed up with gloominess.

Do the thing which you just love to do (For me dancing worked). Do it with full heart and openness. Sit down and think what all things you want out of your life. Obviously you do not want to be sad, and then think how you can change your current scenario. After giving a thought to all these things you will in return get an attitude which will define your coming life. With this new positive attitude for changing your condition you will truly live a life which is happier and much more focused.

Are You Damaging Your Child’s Self-Esteem?

October 2, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Self-esteem is important for any child’s development. He needs it to grow into a confident adult later in life. When a child lacks in self-esteem growing up, then he has a tougher time handling his everyday troubles.

In severe cases, children have resorted to committing suicide over low self-esteem issues.

In order for them to start building confidence in themselves, you’ll need to sit back and take a look at what you’re doing to encourage them in their lives.

Your child needs your guidance and nurturing all throughout his life. Some of the mistakes that parents make with their children, without even realizing it, are focusing too much on their children’s weaknesses and not enough on their strong points.

No child, or adult for that matter, is perfect – so there’s no need to constantly remind them of that every day. Children need to be taught right from wrong, but you shouldn’t harp on the fact that they never get anything right.

You’re there to help them realize their mistakes, help them to learn from them, and show them how to change paths and turn something from a negative into a positive. Focusing on the mistakes they make will only lower their self-esteem and make them feel like they can’t do anything right.

Some children only hear the negative things and nothing about the positive. Sometimes parents forget to praise their children for the good things they do. It’s those moments in a child’s life that allows them to build confidence within themselves.

Sometimes children need to be given a little more responsibility so that they have ample opportunity to achieve something. Those who aren’t given the chance equate it with not being good enough to do anything.

It dampers their spirit and will eventually control them to the point where they won’t want to try to achieve anything for fear of yet another failure. Give them some kind of responsibility that’s appropriate for their age and skillset.

Children look up to their parents.  In their eyes, you’re superhuman, but that can sometimes result in low confidence in themselves when they start to think that they could never live up to you.

Don’t be afraid to let them know (and see) your imperfections. It’s a lot easier on them when they realize that you make mistakes, too.  For families with more than one child, competition arises for their parent’s attention and affection.

Each child needs to be treated individually according to how you feel they need it, but the accolades they receive should be equal in abundance.  Help your child deal with the turmoil of everyday life as they move from childhood to adult by building their self-esteem a little bit each day.

When a Bad Relationship Damages Your Self-Esteem

October 1, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Getting involved in a bad relationship is something that a lot of people go through at one time or another. Sometimes, though, people have to endure mental abuse from their partners, which can have a negative effect on them that lasts a lifetime.

It can be tough for you to bounce back from the mental abuse you had to endure and your self-esteem suffers greatly because of it.  The mental abuse you were put through is usually an attack by your partner to make you feel worthless and insecure.

The partner does it to gain control and boost his or her own ego (yes, women can be abusive, too). They want you to have low self-esteem so you won’t think for yourself. Getting out of a relationship like that is the first step you need to take in order to save your own sanity.

There are other things you’ll need to do to bounce back from the mental abuse. It’s important to stay active. Get out and do things with your family and friends, because an abuser loves to alienate you from your loved ones.

Keep your mind focused on other things so that you don’t isolate yourself at home and become dependent on the negative person who’s feeding into your self-esteem issues.  Call up friends, read uplifting books or concentrate on a project like redecorating your house.

Do whatever it takes to keep you going. If you have a job, continue to work and take note of your goals and achievements. If you don’t have a job, look for one. Working can get your mind off of your problems and give you the necessary affirmation that you can do whatever you put your mind to – and that you’re not worthless.

Avoid jumping into other relationships until you’re fully healed emotionally. You’re more likely to fall for other partners who are just like your ex. You don’t want to get into the same situation as before and repeat the cycle of abuse.

Don’t waste time on thoughts of your ex – whether it’s negative or otherwise. Some people make the mistake of spending a lot of time with thoughts of how much they hate their former partner or how they wish they could get revenge.

Release the anger and focus on what’s important – you!  It’s time to move forward with your life. Don’t be afraid to seek some professional help. A professional can help you work through your feelings and help you build your self-esteem back up. Don’t let a bad relationship break your spirit.

Could Low Self-Esteem Be A Sign of Depression?

September 29, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Low Self-Esteem Could Threaten Your Health

Low self-esteem can cause a lot of problems – both emotionally and physically – when left untreated. Here are some ways that it can threaten your health and what you can do to avoid them.

Depression – Depression is the first thing that happens when a person has low self-esteem. They start to feel worthless, which isolates them from their friends and family. Isolation only encourages them to think negative thoughts about themselves, which causes depression to go deeper. In severe cases, some resort to suicide.

Anxiety – Low self-esteem causes a person to have little confidence in themselves, which can cause fear and panic attacks when they’re faced with a situation they don’t want to be in.

Stress – Stress is a part of everyone’s lives, but it can seem enhanced for someone who’s suffering from low self-esteem. They’re not likely to take the steps necessary to avoid some of their stress, which causes their anxiety to build.

Weight Gain – People often try to fill the void of self-esteem with food. They ultimately start gaining weight to the point of being obese. Gaining too much weight causes heart problems, diabetes, and a host of other illnesses.

Weight Loss – While some people gain weight, others tend to binge and purge their food or starve themselves, thinking they will gain a more satisfying appearance. Unfortunately, they never reach a level where they are satisfied with their look and they become extremely sick, often to the point of no return without professional help.

Addictions – Some end up being addicted to street drugs or prescription drugs. They get high on these drugs and live that moment in time in a different world where they have no cares and no problems. Unfortunately they can end up brain damaged or dead if the addiction isn’t dealt with early on.

Alcohol abuse – Some turn to alcohol to try to forget their problems and feel better about themselves. They substitute alcohol as their friend because it provides them with the confidence they yearn for, but haven’t developed.

It makes them feel almost invincible and they do things they wouldn’t normally have the guts to do. Alcohol becomes an addiction and then over time, the abuse of it can cause liver problems, heart disease and contribute to the development of cancer.

These are only a few of the things that low self-esteem can cause. It’s important that the person with little or no self-esteem gets some help in building their confidence back up. If left untreated for too long, these health problems (and even more serious ones) can occur.

Control Your Relations – and Reactions – With Certainty

September 29, 2009 by editor Leave a Comment

Since you can predict social events as you’ve learned in the last article… how do you control them? Where should you start? What should you do? How can you get results right now?

Stop. Everything taught in these articles revolves around your ability to predict and control future social events. But I can give you all the communication tools in the world, and you could still not have the control. You need to learn and apply a secret, first. You see, it has nothing to do with covert hypnosis. It has everything to do with YOU and YOUR MIND. Mind control.

Just think back and answer this question… how many times have you been in an argument with someone? Maybe you’re in a relationship right now where it seems like all you do is argue.

How do you make that stop?

You do that by using the law of attraction. You FOCUS on what you want, feel good about it, and be thankful that it’s happening now and letting it go — knowing full well it will be delivered. That’s it.

What if you want success with the opposite sex? What if you’d like to attract them effortlessly? Write it down in present tense. As in… “I now attract women everywhere I go, easily and effortlessly – no sweat”

Next, you imagine it happening to you. You act as if it’s happening to you right now. Then, you get specific about it! You need details!

What kind of woman are you attracting? Is she tall? Fat? Skinny? Blonde? Single? Does she have kids? Is she sane? What are the qualities in the relationship? What qualities will she bring out of you? What qualities will she have?

Get specific!

Next, feel good about it! Let it resonate and allow those emotions to seep deep within you that this is something you’d love to have as you imagine thankfully that you have it now. Just imagine that you have it right now.

Finally, trust your gut. Sometimes you’ll get an image of a place, or a voice that says “go here.” Act on that. Don’t question it. Just allow your inner guidance to lead you to what you imagined!
